Vithitech Services takes reasonable steps to protect data handled by Enquiq. This page describes our current practices factually — we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

What we currently do

• ✓ Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS
• ✓ Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text
• ✓ Role-based access control, so team members only see what their role permits
• ✓ Tenant data isolation — each business only has access to its own data
• ✓ Authenticated access required for every dashboard and administrative action

Certifications

Enquiq does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA certification. We will update this page if and when that changes.
