Data Deletion

Enquiq is operated by Vithitech Services. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Who can request deletion

A business using Enquiq can request deletion of its account and data. A customer who has interacted with a business over WhatsApp through Enquiq can also request deletion of their personal data, subject to the requesting business's own record-keeping obligations (e.g. completed order history it needs to retain).

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to hello@enquiq.com from the email address associated with your account, or via our Contact page. Please include:

• Your business name (for business account deletion), or the WhatsApp number used to contact a business (for customer data deletion)
• The email address associated with your account, if applicable
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion

What happens next

We will verify the request and process it within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, even after an account is deleted.
