This Privacy Policy describes how Vithitech Services ("we," "us," "our"), the company that develops and operates Enquiq, collects, uses and protects information in connection with the Enquiq platform, available at enquiq.com.
1. Information we collect
Business account information: when a business signs up to use Enquiq, we collect business details, contact information, and WhatsApp Business Platform identifiers needed to operate the account.
Customer and conversation data: when a business's customers interact with that business over WhatsApp through Enquiq, we process the messages, order details, and support/service requests exchanged as part of operating the platform, including customer contact information provided during that conversation.
Order information: items ordered, quantities, delivery details and order status history are stored to fulfill and track orders.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to operate the ordering, support and (as released) booking flows; send status notifications on behalf of businesses; provide the dashboard, reporting and customer-management features; and maintain and improve the reliability of the service.
3. WhatsApp / Meta data processing
Enquiq uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) to send and receive messages on behalf of businesses using Enquiq. Message content and metadata sent or received through WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's own WhatsApp Business policies, in addition to this Policy. Enquiq is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
4. Cookies
This website and the Enquiq dashboard may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand basic usage of the service.
5. Analytics
We may use basic analytics tools to understand how the website and dashboard are used, in order to improve the product. Any such analytics will be disclosed here once in use.
6. Data retention
We retain business and customer data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, or until a deletion request is processed (see our Data Deletion page).
7. Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate Enquiq (such as hosting providers and the WhatsApp Business Platform itself), and as required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and role-based permissions within the platform. See our Security page for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
